DESCRIPTION:In partnership with Lifeworks Services\, Inc.\, we are thrilled to invite you to our first joint webinar\, “Destigmatizing Disability” slated for Saturday\, April 29\, 2023\, from 10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. CT. The aim of this webinar is to raise awareness and educate people about the challenges and stereotypes that people with disabilities face\, and to help promote a more inclusive society. Disability impacts everyone – people of all races\, ethnicities\, genders\, faiths\, and backgrounds have disabilities. Someone’s disability can be temporary or permanent\, visible or invisible\, from birth or acquired later in life. Through this webinar\, we hope to create a space for an open and honest discussion on how we can all work towards a more inclusive society. \nOur expert speaker\, Muna Mohamed\, is the Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Lifeworks. She joins Lifeworks from an organizational development consultancy\, where she supported clients in strategizing and maximizing their diversity\, equity\, and inclusion efforts.
