Our mentorship program is designed to foster networking, information sharing, collaboration, and innovation over a 12-week period. We believe in tailoring the program to the needs of our mentees and leveraging the expertise of our mentors to create a dynamic and enriching experience for all participants.

The mentorship program is very competitive. It is offered on the first come first served basis – providing flexibility for both mentors and mentees to connect throughout the year. To be consider for the mentorship program, one must meet the following requirements:
1. Apply for the mentorship program
2. Go through an interview process
3. Delicate at least 15 hours during the mentorship program
