Mentorship Program
Our mentorship is a 16-week program designed to expand networking, information sharing, collaboration, and innovation. Our program is driven by the needs of mentees and tailored to the skill-sets of each mentor.
Timeline
The program runs twice a year – from January to May and from August to November.

Mentorship Requirement – Mentor
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in any given field
- Good communication and written skills
- Demonstrate passion for mentorship
- Bachelor’s degree required
Mentorship Requirement – Mentee
- Must be a WeNetworkNow member
- Must be a college student or a working professional
Expectations from our Mentors
- Devote a minimum of 20 hours during the 20-week mentorship program (an average of one hour per week)
- Must be respectful of your mentee(s)
- Be respectful of each other’s time (respond quickly to emails, set up meeting dates in advance)
- Provide support and feedback to help your mentees grow their professional skills
- Introduce them to related career areas
- Share your career journey and insights
Expectations from our Mentees
- Shall be punctual for their meetings with your mentors
- Be respectful of your mentor
- Be proactive in developing a mentorship relationship with your mentor
- Establish your mentorship goal
- Be respectful of each other’s time (respond quickly to emails, set up meeting dates in advance)
- Be open to feedback
- Be curious
