Emily has been involved with WeNetwork Now since Spring 2020 with a focus on talent development and career advancement. She brings 20 years of extensive HR and business experience across talent acquisition, talent management, early career program development, diversity, equity and inclusion, and people-centric organizational strategies. Known as a business-minded leader who balances talent insights with financial acumen to optimize outcomes, she has a passion for connecting people with opportunities. Her background spans a number of leadership roles at Target Corporation and more recently, long term consulting assignments at Second Harvest Heartland and Cargill.
A graduate of the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities with a degree in Communications, Emily resides in Medina with her husband, Peter and their three daughters. While not cheering on the girls at their basketball and softball games, Emily enjoys traveling, reading, and active involvement in the local youth sports community, including a leadership role on the Wayzata Girls Basketball Association board.
